Yogurt Maker

I rarely eat in the morning, but visiting Seattle I got addicted to this one plain yogurt. You can’t find it in the stores, you have to make it. So after getting back to NY we got a Donvier Yogurt Maker. The process is trivial: heat up some milk, add a starter (yogurt culture or previously made yogurt), leave it in the machine for 10 hours or so and another 4 hours in the fridge. The result is a delicious yogurt with a little salty taste and a sweet aftertaste. Ilan plays “poof” with the jars throwing  O’s (cereal) into it and saying “poof”. Then sometimes he’ll eat a spoon of poof.
